WHAT IS OURCONCERTS.LIVE?

Gateways Music Festival has contracted with OurConcertsLive to run the virtual box office for the 2020 Festival.  Additionally, OurConcerts.Live will produce most of the programs and events during the festival.  In the two instances where they are not producing the event (Thursday’s talk at 4:00 with Lucinda Ali and the film, What Happened, Miss Simon?, also on Thursday) you can find detailed instructions on the individual event page.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

1. Go to OurConcerts.Live at:

https://ourconcerts.live/gateways-festival

2. Scroll down to the box with the photos running across it, and click on “Festival Pass”

3. It will ask you to Login or Create Account, if you haven’t already.  The area will look like this:

4. If you have already created an account, it will ask you to log in.
5. Once you are logged in, you’ll go to the “Lobby” where you will have an option to “Purchase” or enter an “Access Code.”  (Access Codes are special codes that provide free tickets to specific groups.  If you don’t have an Access Code, select “Purchase.”)

6. Click “Purchase” to buy a ticket.

7. You’ll get an option to purchase an “Individual Pass” or a “Household Pass.” 

8. The next screen is the payment screen and if you have a student or senior discount code, you will enter it where it says “add voucher.”  The senior discount codes are:  Senior-Pass and Senior-Event.  The student discount codes are Student-Pass and Student-Event.

9. After you complete the payment screen, you will be automatically logged in and able to access all of the programs and events.  The system will recognize your computer when you return, so if you use the same computer you registered on, you will be automatically logged in and you can watch whatever program is showing at that time.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Discount Codes = Price reduction on tickets and passes

The senior discount code is:  Senior-Pass, if you are purchasing a pass for the entire festival or Senior-Event if you are purchasing a ticket for a single event.

The student discount code is:  Student-Pass, if you are purchasing a pass for the entire festival or Student-Event if you are purchasing a ticket for a single event.

– You must register first to use a Discount Code.

– Discount Codes provide a discount on the ticket prices for students and seniors.

– A Discount Code is entered when you enter your credit card information.

– Use one of the student or senior discount codes above when you are purchasing your ticket.

HOW DO I USE AN ACCESS CODE?

Access Codes = Free tickets and passes

– You must register first to use an Access Code.

– Access Codes provide free tickets and passes for specific groups or organizations.

– An Access Code is entered immediately after you register, meaning you will not go to the purchase section.

WHY DIDN’T I GET A CONFIRMATION AFTER MY REGISTRATION OR PURCHASE?

OurConcertsLive remembers you when you return to the same computer.  After you purchase your ticket(s)/pass or register, the screen changes to show a countdown calendar/clock to your first event.  This is how you know you are registered and able to view your program or event.

HOW DO I WATCH A CONCERT OR EVENT?

Register and purchase tickets / redeem vouchers at https://ourconcerts.live/gateways-festival.

Do you already have a ticket or pass?

– If you’ve already purchased your ticket or pass, return to https://ourconcerts.live/gateways-festival to watch the event.  You will only be able to watch the event if it is in progress.  Please check the schedule at https://gatewaysmusicfestival.org/2020-festival-announcement-flyer

– If you are not already logged in, click on the program or event you’ve purchased and log in using the email and password you’ve set up during registration.

If you do not have ticket or pass:

– If you have not yet purchased a pass, go to the https://ourconcerts.live/gateways-festival, click on the program or event you want to watch, log in or sign up, and proceed to make your purchase.

Festival Program Guide: 

WILL THE PROGRAMS AND EVENTS BE REBROADCAST?

At this time, we are unsure about whether the programs and events of this Festival will be rebroadcast.  Please check back on the Gateways website after the festival for more information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T LOG IN?

– Make sure you are using the same email and password you set up during registration and payment.

– If you are sure you are using the correct email, try resetting your password. See How do I reset my password? for details.

– Make sure you’re in the right place.  Make sure you are logging in on the same website where you made your purchase.  For Gateways Music Festival programs, make sure you’re at https://ourconcerts.live/gateways-festival.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

  1. Click on the program or event you want to watch.
  2. On the Login screen, click Forgot password?.
  3. Enter your email and click RESET.
  4. Make sure you enter the correct email.
  5. A new window will pop up. Leave it open.
  6. Check your email. You will receive a password reset token. If you don’t see it in your Inbox, make sure to check your Spam and Trash folders.
  7. Enter the token in the first field of the window that popped up previously.
  8. Enter your new password in the second and third field.
  9. Click SET.

CAN I WATCH ON ANOTHER DEVICE?

Yes! You can enjoy your program or event on a PC, laptop, tablet, phone, or a supported Smart TV regardless of where you’ve made your purchase originally.  You must remember your email address and password.  You will not be able to log into multiple devices at the same time.
